I don't often write reviews. This is something that I often do for one of two reasons. The reason for this review is because of how much the services at Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center have changed my life for the better. When I first started becoming a therapist I noticed this loud ringing in my ears (yes both of them) and it made it difficult to hear clients. As you might imagine for a mental health professional your hearing is essential to your ability to do your job. So I went searching online for what I could do about this ringing. I wasn't sure if there was an answer or that I would find anything that would help. I was worried about how much it might impact my career. Then I stumbled on Hope Hearing & Tinnitus Center. They have been so kind, caring, compassionate professionals. They did an assessment and made a recommendation for treatment. I started wearing these devices everyday to help with the Tinnitus. Over time I noticed small improvements. Eventually my right ear stopped having that ringing sound altogether. My left ear the loudness of that ring has decreased dramatically. I am still hopeful that the left one will go away too and while I hope for that even if it stayed at the current level I could live with it. I can't say enough about the services that they provide here. I would highly recommend seeing them if you are on the fence about if anything will help with tinnitus.

I originally started off at another place when I lost my hearing in my left ear, and I would have had to wait 6 months to get hearing aids. Hope was able to get me in quick when I made the request for a consultation. The staff were welcoming and kind. They took their time explaining the tests they were doing and what they saw on the imaging. It was comforting that they explained things at my level of understanding. Highly recommend!

2 years ago I had an unexplained event causing a loud roar in one ear and some loss of hearing. I tried doctors to no avail and then found Hope. Since getting my devices for tinnitus, I have regained all of hearing loss and the roar is gone. Only a slight ringing which I had before. Very happy with staff and service. Highly recommend!

I can tell a HUGE difference already when I take my treatment aids I have zero ringing, and Heather is one of the best audiologist around!! I had my first after having the treatment aids in an appointment with Heather yesterday, and she was so surprised that I had zero ringing in my hears when I took my aids out to put them on the Charger!!!

I had INSTANT results! I’m told that is not the norm but, the results are real! My right ear stopped ringing immediately and the ringing in the left reduced by half! What relief!

The people that work there are fine people, seem to know their business and quite personable. I have to say though in the 2 years I have come here, I've never seen the doctor once!

The staff are very caring and always asking how I'm doing. They want my tinnitus to be manageable and do everything they can to make me feel better. From adjusting my ear pieces to recommending an app for sounds to help me sleep at night. I was at my wits end with my tinnitus, and although I had doubts, I thought it was worth a try. I must say that after 15 months my tinnitus is under control. In no way does it affect my daily life and I actually have to totally concentrate to even know it's still there! Very, very happy customer! I have been going to Hope for a couple years. I have tinnitus without a hearing problem. The devices have helped greatly. I went from an average noise level of 8 to and average level of 3. The people there are very nice, friendly and helpful. Don't live with tinnitus go see the friendly people at Hope.

I went to Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Center 2 years ago in hopes of getting relief from the constant ringing in my ears. After an in depth evaluation of my symptoms and hearing test, Hope Hearing came up with a plan that fit my needs and help give me relief from the tinnitus. I've been more than satisfied with my results and would recommend Hope Hearing to others that may be suffering the effects of hearing loss or ringing in their ears. They doctors and staff are great.

The staff is friendly and efficient, no wasted time there. I have been seen by two doctors, both have been friendly, professional and informative. Insurance did not cover my devices, but there are zero charges for the subsequent appointments. So far, so good!

I had ringing in my ears/tinnitus for about 6 months. My Doctor told me I should get it checked out. A client suggested Hope Hearing, so I went. Dr Jon had me take a hearing test and discovered I had a mild hearing loss as well. I got fitted for hearing aids and am happy I went. The ringing is becoming more manageable-in the 2 weeks I've worn them and I am able to hear people better when I am in a crowd of people. The hearing aids are be tailored to me specifically each time I go in. Dr Jon has been really good about asking questions about any issues I might be having and adjusting the hearing aids accordingly. I would highly recommend Hope if you are experiencing hearing issues.

The people at Hope Hearing have helped me to get a handle on dealing with my tinnitus. It was so bad I couldn't sometimes sleep or read a book. Now, after some testing, and using one of their hearing aid systems, I can tolerate the tinnitus so much better. This isn't like some of those crazy gimmicks you see on line. This works for real.

Have been happy with my experience at Hope Hearing. Hearing loss has been a big issue in my family and I’m glad to be addressing the problem early on. I LOVE Hope Hearing. They have relieved us of the constant stress & irritation of sleepless nights & days where tinnitus was the only thing we could hear! I'm a firm believer in first impressions and the 'feeling' that you get when encountering or searching for a new provider. I knew immediately upon meeting the staff at Hope Hearing that I came to the right office--one that would work hard to address my hearing as well as my tinnitus concerns. I felt at ease and impressed with their friendly and competent staff and have consistently felt this way at all of my subsequent visits. I realize there are several choices in hearing and tinnitus care providers, but am extremely happy and relieved to have found such a wonderful organization!

Always greeted with a smile. Then they ask if you are having any problems with your devices, have you put them in a little cup to clean and service. This is standard. From hear it is TLC to make sure you don't need minor adjustments. In and out in about 30min plus or minus a few minutes.

I began my journey hoping for tinnitus relief in April 2023. While I am only 9 months into therapy, my tinnitus has decreased tremendously. My hearing devices also improved what I am able to hear, which was an added bonus. The staff at Hope is so friendly and attentive to my needs. Thank you Hope for improving my quality of life!

Decided to try Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Clinic due to the onset of Tinnitus. It was causing me the inability to function on a daily basis and anxiety/depression issues. The hearing aids have greatly reduced the Tinnitus symptoms during the day and allowed me to function again. I still have some problems sleeping, but even that is better. These results are from about three months of treatment. I highly recommend Hope Hearing and Tinnitus Clinic. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - they listen. I have “hope” as the clinic name implies.

My experience was amazing. Dr Stirn was very professional and personal. He explained all the tests before they were performed. He offered multiple pairs of hearing devices to test. After the purchase they were programmed and Dr Stirn made sure the application was loaded in my phone and the phone and hearing aids were synced. The follow up has been exceptional. I have been struggling with tinnitus and hearing loss for well over 5 years. I tried hearing devices from one of the big discount box stores but they weren't reliable and didn't address my chronic and daily tinnitus.
