Through tele-conferencing and other software, staying in touch with an audiologist that YOU choose is easier than ever.

How Can Telehealth Assist Me?

While in-person appointments are still required for some services such as hearing tests, we can still keep your program on track remotely. This can include:

  • Hearing device maintenance & support

  • Troubleshooting issues

  • Progress check ups

 

If a repair is necessary, we also offer shipping and/or drop-off services so we can manage devices from anywhere.

How Do I Schedule a Virtual Appointment Through Telehealth?

Telehealth appointments can be conducted over a phone or video call. Prior to scheduling this type of appointment, we'll establish what works best for you. This can include just a cell phone or landline for phone calls, or a device with a camera and audio capabilities like a cell phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

We will check all insurance benefits before you arrive so you can choose how you would like to proceed following the initial consultation.
